No declaration, no file. No exceptions.
Assignment to an engagement triggers the independence and confidentiality questionnaire for that team member. Until it is signed, the file will not open for them — and if an issue is declared, access stays blocked and the partner is alerted. It is the firmest gate in the platform because it is the one regulators check first.

The two-year planner, without the spreadsheet.
The scheduler is a rolling 104-week grid — the same shape as the planning spreadsheet most firms keep, but live. Each person's week is allocated as chargeable, leave, training, admin, study or unallocated. A schedule admin (a partner) owns changes; team members raise requests as tickets, with email notifications carrying the outcome.
