Evidence is the slowest part of most audits. Audit Intelligence generates the request list from your mapping, gives the client one tidy portal to deliver into, and puts AI to work on every document the moment it lands.

The information-request list is auto-generated from the FSA mapping the moment Phase 2 completes — bank confirmations for cash, aged listings for debtors, contracts for revenue. Requests are grouped by audit area so the client can assign them internally, and both sides watch the same statuses move: Outstanding → Received → Reviewed.

- Questionnaires run through the portal too: fraud risk (management, TCWG, finance), monitoring controls, journal-entry controls, IT queries, and directors' interests confirmations.
- Responses are cross-referenced — inconsistencies between respondents get flagged.

When evidence arrives, AuditBot reads it: contracts, board minutes and invoices are summarised, and the relevant working-paper fields drafted from their contents — always cited back to the source document, always waiting on the auditor's sign-off. Evidence links directly to the working papers it supports; orphan files do not exist here.
